You can even unlock this smart lock through your smart home app with Z-Wave smart home or alarm systems, including SmartThings, Vera, Wink, Iris, and Honeywell.
You can lock and check your lock’s status with Amazon Alexa. The Yale YRD226-ZW2-619 Z-Wave Plus Touchscreen Deadbolt Assure Lock provides you with features such as voice-guided assistance, privacy mode, auto re-lock, and more! You can even integrate this smart lock with a Z-Wave hub and then enable all its features via the Alexa app.
Unfortunately, the Yale YRD226-ZW2-619 Z-Wave Plus Touchscreen Deadbolt Assure Lock isn’t able to perfect its craft, as customers have complained about the fact that it consumes its battery very quickly. This means that the battery needs to be replaced at least once a month in some cases.
