However, after contacting Weber, it proves to be futile, and they have not done anything about it.
Another issue is the fact that it arrived damaged which doesn’t add to the good standing of this product at all. To top it off, the assembly was very complicated, so people who want something simple might want to opt for already assembled grills instead.

The Weber 44010001 Spirit II E-210 comes with as many headaches as it has features, and may not be the best choice for first-time buyers as it seems to demand more knowledge when it comes to assembly.
