Had this service for my mom for a few months. Cancelled it and sent back the unit, They were supposed to send me a refund for the unused portion of the service we paid for. All of a sudden over 6 months later they are sending me a bill for $150 for a service that was cancelled long ago. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.
