At it’s best, it helps us clean our homes and get rid of the mess our dogs and cats leave behind. However, there is a side to this product that not everyone will appreciate.
Of all the things that could go wrong with this product, it seems that the most important one took the hit. Its belt is fragile and tends to break quite easily. This may not sound like such a big deal at first, but it is evident after splitting the first time that it will keep happening until such time you give up on the product for good. Unfortunately, going to customer service doesn’t help either, as they will keep giving you the same faulty belt which doesn’t help the problem.

What could have been a brilliant example of thoughtful design mixed with excellent performance, the Bissell Cleanview Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner failed to captivate many customers due to one fatal flaw. If Bissell had just taken the time to invest in stronger materials, then they wouldn’t be facing the predicament they are in now.
